Changes To Terms And Conditions
Updates made on the 15th of May 2009
As a result of customer feedback the following clause is to be amended. We hereby give you notice in accordance with General Provisions, Clause 1d of our Business Terms and Conditions, and Clause 1e of our Consumer Terms and Conditions that the following amendments will be effective from 0.00am on Friday, 15 May 2009:
General Provision Clause 5f:
“f.any payment paid to us by you in payment of the request and/or services, is not honoured for any reason:
i. registration and/or the service to which the payment relates will be suspended pending payment of the outstanding account in full together with a "failed payment" charge of £25 plus VAT.
ii. you will not be able to register new domains or set up new services or transfer services away but services already paid for will continue to operate.The commencement date of the Contract is the time of the order. Monthly and auto-renewable services may be terminated by not less than ten (10) working days notice, via your online Account with us, expiring on your billing date for the product specified in your Account with us.”
Following the withdrawal of the Telephony Service, TalkMax to our customers, we hereby give you notice in accordance with General Provisions, Clause 1d of our Business Terms and Conditions, and Clause 1e of our Consumer Terms and Conditions that the following amendments will be effective from 0.00am on Friday, 15 May 2009:
Removal of Schedule J in its entirety.
Table of Contents.
Removal of reference to Schedule J.
Schedule K to be re-indexed Schedule J. Schedule L to be re-indexed Schedule K.
General Provisions.
Clause 1 b. ix to be removed.
Clause 1 b x and xi to be amended to read “Schedule J” and “Schedule K” respectively.
