As members of the organization Namesco are showing their commitment to the industry led IWF and its government authorized initiatives to combat criminally obscene content on the Internet.
Now with over 80 members the IWF, founded by the Internet industry in 1996 works in partnership with the police, the Government, the wider online industry and the public to combat the availability of potentially illegal online content.
Namesco is committed to supporting the work of the IWF, supporting the aims and objectives put together by the organization.
As members of the Industry we feel that it is our responsibility to support the protection against this type of activity and actively make a real difference in today's society where such issues can be of primary concern to many of our customers Namesco
In line with this Namesco are supporting West Mercia Constabulary's cycle run from lands end to John O'Groats, by providing one of their Award Winning Hosting solutions, to support the events website. The cycle taking place between 18t - 30th June is themed on Internet safety, promoting in particular child safety online.
